Excellent consulting – This is the guideline for our Logivest expert consultants. Now this motto earned us the “Advisers’ Award 2017” in the category “Best cooperation partner”. The award ceremony, for the first time hosted by PointPark Properties (P3), a leading developer, proprietor and asset manager of logistics property, took place on June 7th, 2017 during the 3rd European P3 Conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Logivest prevailed over three other nominees. Ion Worboys, Chief Executive Officer at P3, pointed out the excellent coordination of all marketing activities regarding Logivest’s exclusive mandate in Kamen, Germany, where a logistics center will be developed by P3 only 3 km south of the Kamener Kreuz freeway junction, with Logivest having been responsible for the consulting and brokering since the beginning of 2017.
