The leased area comprises a total of around 3,600 square metres and has a generous delivery zone with three ramp gates. In addition to the warehouse and logistics space, the property also has around 300 square metres of office and social space. The owner of the logistics property, which has over 40,000 square meters of space, is an internationally active investor. Logivest acted as an intermediary and consultant.
