As of February 1, 2019, a leading provider of technical services is renting an approximately 4,200-square-meter sub-area of a logistics facility on over 50,000 square meters of land in the Vöhringen industrial park.

In addition to the partial area, the company rents ten car parking spaces. The owner of the 20,000 square metre property is the Honold Logistik Gruppe with headquarters in Neu-Ulm. Logivest acted as a consultant in the search for properties and locations.
The provider of technical services for the manufacturing industry will handle the cleaning of small load carriers (KLT) for a regional industrial company at the new location near Neu-Ulm. With a hall height of 11.50 metres, the logistics building erected in 2016 houses a shelving system which the company will use for the interim storage of KLT. A special floor loading capacity of five tonnes per square metre of area also enables the handling of heavy goods.
"Centrally located between Ulm and Kempten, the Vöhringen industrial estate is just a few minutes by car from the A7 motorway. The A8 motorway also makes it easy to reach surrounding cities such as Stuttgart in a north-westerly direction or Munich in an easterly direction. In addition to the optimal transport connections and the location of the commercial area, the wide variety of commercial and industrial settlements also contribute to the attractiveness of the location," explains Moritz Arendt, logistics real estate consultant for Western Bavaria at Logivest.
