The vacancy rate on the German logistics property market continues to rise. The absolute top logistics regions are particularly affected.
In Duisburg alone and around 15 kilometres around it, we have over 200,000 square metres of logistics space that is already available today or will come onto the market in the next 6-12 months. However, young regions such as Leipzig also currently have a high vacancy rate.
