On 1 September 2018, the Korean conglomerate Hanwha leased a logistics property in Interpark near Ingolstadt.
The landlord of the 6,500 square metre property is VIB Vermögen GmbH. Logivest acted in an advisory capacity.
The Hanwha Group offers its customers services from various business areas, ranging from petrochemicals and materials, mechatronics, solar energy and finance to construction. In the rented logistics centre, the company plans to process automotive parts and components in day and night shifts.
Interpark Kösching near Ingolstadt is very well connected due to its proximity to the A9 motorway and is home to several large companies from the automotive, service and retail sectors.
